Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products or services and generate sales leads.

Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information as needed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience with every interaction.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow up on any outstanding issues or inquiries.

Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers over the phone.

Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate!
